You are solely and exclusively responsible for verifying the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of the final transformed CSV/QBO data before importing it into QuickBooks or any other accounting software. LedgerPass does not audit or guarantee the numerical accuracy of source or destination payloads.
Because LedgerPass operates on a strictly stateless architecture, we do not store, back up, host, or retain any of your uploaded files or converted data. Once your session or download completes, the volatile memory buffer is purged. You are entirely responsible for maintaining your own backup files and original financial records.
LedgerPass is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, disclaiming all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall LedgerPass, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to bookkeeping errors, tax penalties, system downtime, or financial inaccuracies resulting from the use or inability to use this utility.
