LedgerPass is engineered with a strict stateless architecture. Your uploaded files are processed entirely in volatile server memory (RAM) and are immediately destroyed upon session completion. We do not store, duplicate, or share user-uploaded financial data with third parties.
We use privacy-focused, lightweight analytics for monitoring site performance, errors, and conversion rates. We do not track personal identifying information, customer records, or financial transaction histories. No tracking cookies are used to build advertising profiles.
While we leverage secure third-party hosting and edge networks (such as Cloudflare) to route and transform data packets near your physical location, all user data remains in volatile execution memory. Your private financial data is never written to permanent disk storage, databases, or third-party storage clusters.
We collect your email address during payment to deliver receipt confirmation and Stripe payment receipts. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. LedgerPass never sees, stores, or holds your raw card credentials.
